Just a quick report back on the weekend.

The mainsail you gave us works well, we managed to win the first race we sailed by about 30minutes.

Our major competition was of course my in-laws and after all the banter I am delighted to say we beat them.

Unfortunately I was unable to race on Friday due to work commitments and they only organized one race on Saturday however Creole Queen slipped along nicely.

Saturday afternoon everyone went for a gentle sail after which we all tied up and drifted down the dam with a couple of cold ones.

My wife, Daughter and I all slept aboard on Saturday night and this is the first time that our 2.5 month old daughter slept right through the entire night.

We are absolutely delighted to be on the water and sailing again and we are looking forward to many a weekend aboard.

As soon as we have got all the safety gear and equipment in place we will start move her around a bit during our holidays to the likes of Inhaca and Kariba however there is still a bit of work to be done before we can do that just yet.
